Do you collect any patient data?
No. We don’t ask for any Personal Identifiable Information during the upload process. In fact, we only accept anonymized scans so that no patient data ever enters our system.
How long does it take to get feedback after uploading my ultrasound scans?
An expert will typically review each new request within 24-48 hours.
How do I become an expert?
All of our experts are vetted by our team. Please reach out if you feel like you are qualified and would like to participate on our platform.
Can I use this on my phone or tablet?
Yes. It’s a web based application, so as long as you have access to a web browser you can use POCUS PRO on any device. We have optimized the experience for different screen sizes so it's easy to use on whatever device you choose.

If I cancel my account, what happens to all of my requests in the system?
We have two ways of handling closed accounts.
1. You can deactivate your subscription. If you deactivate your subscription you will still have access to your log of requests and any feedback left by experts.
2. You can delete your account. If you decide to delete your account permanently, then you will lose access to your history of requests and any feedback received.
Do you offer a plan with more than 50 requests per month?
Absolutely! If you click the get started button you can create a custom plan that includes as many requests as needed per month. Custom plans have a minimum request limit of 75 requests per month.
Is there a plan that includes more than 15 users?
Our custom plans have unlimited users and start with a minimum of 75 requests per month.
